The Walbec family of construction companies has acquired Holschbach Excavating, a respected family-owned business serving Manitowoc for 44 years. This move aims to enhance Walbec Group’s regional presence and expand its service offerings in the Northeast region.
The merger will elevate services for customers in Northeast Wisconsin, integrating Holschbach’s operations including high-quality excavation, site preparation, and demolition services and operational limestone quarry into Northeast Asphalt (NEA), a subsidiary of the Walbec Group.
