The Integrated Services Center (ISC) Representative serves as the first point of contact for
employees and others seeking HR and payroll support. This front-line role provides exceptional
customer service, triages inquiries, and delivers support to ensure a seamless experience. The ISC
Representative also plays a vital role in maintaining employee data integrity in the HRIS system and
supports cross-functional activities within the HR and Payroll departments. Attention to detail and
accuracy are critical in ensuring the success of this role.

The Position:
- Customer Support & Triage
- Serve as the primary contact for the HR hotline, responding to inquiries and providing
support to employees, applicants, and other stakeholders. - Triage incoming calls and emails, escalating complex issues to the appropriate HR or
payroll team members. - Provide accurate and timely information regarding HR policies and other employee-related matters.

- Process employee data changes, such as rehires, terminations, personal information
updates, direct deposit, and tax withholding changes. - Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and adherence to standardized processes.
- Support data entry and updates related to items such as garnishments, levies, child
support orders, and other employee records.

- Payroll & HR Administrative Support
- Aid in the preparation of reports and documentation required for payroll and HR
compliance. - Assist with HR department event planning and coordination.
- Provide support to payroll and HR operations teams in items such as annual labor
employment posters and tuition reimbursement tracking. - Support the field recruitment, onboarding, and orientation processes as requested,
ensuring required documentation is completed and processed. - Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Serve as a liaison between the payroll and HR teams, fostering communication and efficient workflows.
- Assist in the implementation of new processes and tools to enhance service delivery.
- Provide input and feedback to improve ISC operations and employee experience.
- Aid in the preparation of reports and documentation required for payroll and HR

The Candidate:
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service, payroll, or HR-related roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a commitment to accuracy and attention
to detail. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive
information confidentially.
