The Position:
The Labor Compliance Analyst is responsible for supporting compliance-related reporting and analytics for HR and Payroll functions. This role focuses on ensuring data accuracy, generating reports, and maintaining compliance with regulatory and union requirements. The position works closely with the Integrated Services Center (ISC) team to deliver high-quality data and process improvements.
Roles and responsibilities
Reporting & Analytics
- Assist in developing and delivering workforce analytics to support decision-making.
- Prepare, analyze, and submit compliance reports, such as EEO-1, certified payroll, and union fund remittances.
- Generate internal reports for HR and Payroll teams, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Data Insights & Process Improvement
- Conduct regular audits of HCM data to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Support benefit-related and payroll reporting, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Union Expertise & Operational Support
- Provide support in interpreting union collective bargaining agreements (CBAs).
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of union remittance tasks in alignment with CBA requirements.
- Assist with remitting union fringes to appropriate benefit funds.
- Collaborate with ISC leadership to streamline reporting processes.
Team Support
- Assist ISC team members with day-to-day responsibilities related to compliance and reporting.
- Provide support and guidance as needed to maintain high standards of data integrity.

The Location:
This position is located primarily in Waukesha, WI with minimal to no travel or overnight stays.
The Candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in HR/payroll reporting, compliance, or data analysis.
- Familiarity with HCM and data reporting systems.
- Proficiency in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic formulas).
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with union agreements and compliance reporting.
- Background in multi-company or unionized environments.
