The team undertook significant site improvements, converting an outdated granite landscape with poor drainage into a vibrant outdoor event area. The site now boasts essential utilities to support food trucks, outdoor expos, and general gatherings. The scope of work included:

Site Surveying and Excavation: Comprehensive surveying and excavation to prepare the area.
Structural Concrete and Pavement: Installation of new structural concrete, pavement, and curb and gutter to enhance durability and aesthetics.

Underground Obstructions: Adapted to unplanned encounters with abandoned and live utilities, implementing creative workarounds to maintain progress.
