Belle Farm is an innovative residential community in Middleton, Wisconsin, that prioritizes wellness and environmental stewardship. With half its space preserved as open land overlooking Graber Pond, the development creates natural connections between residents and their environment while fostering a vibrant, healthy lifestyle.
Parisi led the development of this unique site, which features diverse housing options, wellness amenities, and neighborhood-focused businesses—all thoughtfully integrated within a compact, walkable layout.
PROJECT DETAILS
Construction began in late fall 2023, with major earthwork and utility installations continuing through spring and summer 2024. The project culminated with concrete, asphalt, and landscaping work in late summer 2024.
- Self-performed earthwork totaling 140,000 cubic yards
- Development of seven stormwater management ponds
- Installation of 11,000 lineal feet of utilities (self-performed)
- Installation of 640 lineal feet of 12’x4′ precast concrete box culvert
- Construction of 5,500 lineal feet of curb and gutter, plus 18,000 square feet of sidewalk (self-performed)
- Creation of 48 residential lots and 4 multi-family lots
